keeping health.

I was a scoccer player,and I dreamed to be a member of the national team. However, I had one's knee operated on, because I have been a car accident. I tried to return of health, but I couldn't regain my health especially my knee. Now, I tried to return to the original condition. That's why I often jogs for exercise. Moderate exercise is good for health! If you lacks of exercise , you should take moderate exercise to keep your health. By the way, I wish my classmates good health, and everybody should control of your health at the change of season.
