Exercises
In the early morning, I jogged with my roomates. The air was fresh and clean, I felt refreshed. I'd like to suggest this exercise to my friends. Many people are feeling the need to exercise regularly. Some of them like to do it alone. But I think exercising with a friend or a family is more comfortable and better for health. It can help us keep on exercising. And it also brings people closer together. When we see an old couple jogging together in the morning, they look happy. So I think we'd better exercise with others.
